技術名稱: 微富氧燃燒技術

技術簡介

在傳統燃燒技術中,由於燃燒空氣中含有79%的氮氣,然氮氣並不參與燃燒反應,同時會帶走大量的熱,因此傳統燃燒的能源利用率偏低,而微富氧燃燒正好克服了此一缺點。微富氧燃燒技術具備增加效率、改善熱傳效果、較高的火焰溫度、減少排放、增加產率等。

Abstract

The modified conventional air/fuel combustion system to explore the influence of oxygen concentration on combustion system performance when the oxygen concentration limited between 21% O2 and 28% O2. Oxygen-enriched combustion can: increase efficiency, improve temperature stability and heat transfer, get higher flame temperature and cleaner emission, and increase productivity.

技術特色

本技術為空氣與氧氣事先進行預混合,氧氣濃度約28%左右,降低化學惰性氣體稀釋活性氧,並減少大部分的熱量由煙囪排出。技術優點在於鍋爐爐體與燃燒機結構與材質無須特別修改,且富氧燃燒氧氣消耗量低,降低製氧成本,並提高系統節能率,一般蒸汽鍋爐皆適用,使用條件較不受限。

應用範圍

本技術可廣泛各業,包含:燃燒、製鋁、石化業、造紙業、鋼鐵業、紡織業、染整業、食品業、廢棄物處理業、窯爐業等,使用鍋爐作業之產業。
