技術名稱: 雷射LMD加值型CAD/CAM技術

技術簡介

自主LMD加值型CADCAM技術開發,透過LMD積層路徑法則規劃LMD 3D積層路徑,搭配3D曲面工法、雷射積層製程參數輔助、透過商用CAD/CAM軟體所開放的客製化界面,建置一可簡化LMD加工路徑規劃流程的系統。

Abstract

Laser Metal Deposition (LMD) is a type of laser-based additive manufacturing technology for use in diverse material processing activities, such as fabricating metallic, metallic coating, high-value component repair, and function parts manufacturing. The LMD process consists of various process parameters, such as the laser power, laser beam diameter, hatch path, powder feed rate, scanning speed, and gas flow rate. Such process parameters are material-dependent, vary with LMD machines and operating environment. It has a lot of challenges to ensure material properties and build success. Additive processing and reducing processing of multi-functional composite manufacturing process integrated with CAD/CAM software are required to meet the application and manufacturing needs.
