技術簡介

針對薄型的TFT平面顯示器，開發雷射弧形槽(Notch)異形切割技術，在Notch 的部位可安裝多個感測器與前置鏡頭，可根據全螢幕手機面板感測器的排列，進行任意形狀切割。開發新雷射切割製程技術，應用自主開發薄型面板切割雷射頭與無需邊緣研磨之製程技術，取代傳統輪刀切割方法，應用在全螢幕手持裝置。

Abstract

ITRI has announced a new free shape laser cutting technology for next generation thin FPD devices?, especially for the full screen mobile phone with "Notch" feature . According to the arrangement the Face ID sensor , free shape laser cutting process can be completed . This technology can replace the traditional wheel machining process and be applied? in full-screen mobile devices.
