技術名稱: 厚玻璃雷射切割技術

技術簡介

以可調控切割深度的長光刀引擎頭搭載高脈衝能量的超快雷射源,針對厚度~3 mm的玻璃提供一刀切割的製程方法,切割後擁有極佳的邊緣品質(Chipping)與斷面粗糙度(Ra)以及切割垂直度(Perpendicularity) ,在車用玻璃產業可節省玻璃外型粗胚研磨的程序,能有效降低傳統研磨製程之耗材與研磨液使用量,進而節省成本,雷射切割工法提供給車用玻璃產業一個新穎且兼具綠能之製程方法,目前正投入車前/後/側檔風曲面厚玻璃雷射切割技術開發,針對厚度4~6mm的厚玻璃以兩道次切割完成高品質製程,無須後研磨處理。

Abstract

ITRI has developed one pass laser cutting technology for glass with thicknesses of up 3 mm by integrating an extended and adjustable DOF optical module and high pulse energy laser source .?ITRI‘s glass laser cutting technology?enables as cut edge quality not only minimal chipping & low roughness but excellent perpendicularity . A novel and energy-saving laser glass? cutting?technology will be taken into consideration for the automotive application because of the advantage of low cost consuming post-processing and excellent edge quality compared to the conventional mechanical cutting process.
