技術名稱: 雷射同步觸發控制模組技術

技術簡介

整合User原有加工平台技術,搭配雷射同步觸發控制模組,即可達到直寫平台(DR)異型曲線切割時,能補償平台加減速造成之加工能量不均勻現象,達成一致的加工效果,提升雷射切割加工品質。因為使用User原本具備之切割平台設備技術,因此能有效降低User建置雷射切割設備成本,而提升雷射同步觸發控制模組在產業界雷射設備國產化的應用價值。

Abstract

By integrating the user‘s original processing platform technology and the ITRI‘s Synchronous modulation laser trigger module, it can achieve the compensatory of uneven cutting energy caused by acceleration and deceleration of the platform during the cutting of the profiled curve of the direct writing platform (DR) and achieve the costant processing effect, Improve the quality of laser cutting.
