技術名稱: 鋁電池陰極發泡石墨材料開發

技術簡介

本技術為開發可縮短反應時間、低設備成本之半連續鋁電池關鍵石墨材料試量產製程及設備。可作為快速充電之鋁電池正極材料。

Abstract

This technique focus on short reaction time, low cost graphitic foam preproduction process and manufacture system for aluminum battery.

技術規格

本技術規格為一高充放電速度石墨材料連續生產prototype設備,生產速率為每天300片10cmX10cm graphitic foam陰極材料試量產製程,碳材生產規格為每片3D石墨純石墨重1.2g (約12mg/cm2)。

Technical Specification

This technique provides the high speed charge graphitic foam preproduction process and manufacture system,300pcs/day throughput, each 10cmX10cm graphitic foam can grow 1.2g graphite.

技術特色

本技術為研發出一台可縮短反應時間、低設備成本且可進行連續產出3D石墨材料與發泡石墨製程設備。首要針對3D石墨材料與發泡石墨雛型設備組件及製程開發。本研究所開發的發泡石墨在石墨loading量已逐漸達到商業水準,未來長效性壽命改善和發泡石墨產量放大將使電池價格大幅下降。
