技術名稱: 商品化高壓除濕元件製造技術

技術簡介

本技術為可商品化高壓除濕雛型元件的製造流程與相關製造技術開發。主要係以規格:直徑610mm ×高度100mm與200mm兩種規格,作為元件製造流程與技術開發標的物。製造流程與相關製造技術開發,係透過建置規格與數量為5個直徑610mm*高度100mm、11個直徑610mm*高度200mm的高壓除濕雛型元件作為技術開發驗證。

Abstract

This technology is to develop manufacturing process and relevant fabrication technique for commercial desiccant device applied in high pressure system. Desiccant wheel specification: diameter 610mm × height 100mm or 200mm. The high-pressure dehumidification prototype is constructed of 5 units of diameter 610mm * height 100mm and 11 units of diameter 610mm * height 200mm desiccant wheels for technology development verification.

技術特色

本技術主要提供一套可商品化運作的直熱式除濕輪製造技術。內容包括:直熱式除濕輪的結構設計、除濕輪元件製造流程與量產化除濕輪元件製造技術。 該技術可提供的610型直熱式除濕輪元件產能;如以10cmm壓縮空氣乾燥設備,每套乾燥設備的直熱式除濕輪需求量為8組的情形下。相關製程的機組產能如下; (1)金屬基材的清洗製程產能,可達到單月供應量57.75套/月。(2)直熱式基材成形製程產能,可達到單月供應量57.75套/月。(3)除濕輪覆捲與組裝製程產能,可達到單月供應量5.5套/月。

應用範圍

低溫低濕環境除濕、高壓空氣除溼、一般環境除濕等。

機械加工設備、專業作業員、量產廠房基地。
