技術名稱: 仿生皮膚3D列印技術

技術簡介

本設備配合工研院生醫所開發之特殊材料,發展溫控式高精度列印技術,可進行仿生表皮組織3D列印,產品應用於化妝品體外安全性評估、表皮組織腐蝕性與刺激性測試等領域。 1.透過環境溫度控制,可在列印過程維持細胞活性與生醫材料的成形特性。 2.可列印高黏滯係數<5,000mps的生醫材料,解決一般噴印技術受限於20mps以下,無法成形高黏度生醫材料之問題。 3.三組列印頭能夠透過圓形、弓形及滴注等形式,搭配不同組織成分進行多樣化複合列印。

Abstract

After the implementation of the ban on animal testing, through the human skin equivalent product for corrosive, irritating and other safety assessment, has become a necessary test before the cosmetics listed in the world. This technology development by internal cooperation of LAMC & BDL meet the needs of bionic skin production.
