技術名稱: 多軸機器人驅控技術

技術簡介

本技術可應用於多軸機器人系統,將馬達、驅動器、編碼器、HD、與中空軸機構設計整合在同一模組中,並結合國際通用的工業網路 (EtherCAT)介面,使機器人所使用的驅動模組得以輕量化與一體化,解決機器人配線設計與電控箱體積過大問題,提升我國機器人的國際競爭力。

Abstract

This technology can be applied to multi-axis robot system. It integrates the design of motor, drive, encoder, HD and hollow shaft mechanism in the same module, combing with the international common industrial network (EtherCAT) interface to make the drive module lightweight and integrated. This technology solves the robot wiring design and the problem of excessive volume control box to enhance the international competitiveness of Taiwan’s robots.
