技術名稱: 工件外觀重建與品質檢查技術

技術簡介

本技術是以非破壞式表面冷凝及熱霧化之技術手段,達成降低表面反光之功效,以解決高反光/透光工件表面重建量測之問題。

Abstract

The proposal uses non-destructive freezing on the surface and heated nebulization, to reduce reflection of light from the surface. These techniques overcome the obstacles of surface reconstruction of transparent tools and tools with high reflection of light.

技術規格

1.解決高反光/透光物體表面處理:鏡面量測斜率容忍度< 60度 2.三維曲面重建掃描:自動多視角掃描< 60 sec.

1.Measurement angle tolerance ≦ 60° 2.3D scan and surface reconstruction ≦ 60 sec(@300 grabs in 300 mm).
