技術名稱: 氣體洩漏檢測方法

技術簡介

揮發性有機化合物暴露於空氣中可能造危害,本技術利用紅外線攝影機偵測揮發性有機化合物之氣體洩漏影像,分析是否發生氣體洩漏。以設計之影像穩定與氣體洩漏強化演算法強化出畫面中氣體洩漏之位置,於影像中增強洩漏現象,另具備氣體洩漏自動偵測功能。

Abstract

Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) exposes to the air may cause great damage. The technology utilize infrared camera to detect VOC gas leakage phenomenon. By means of designing image stabilization and image enhancing algorithm, the gas leakage phenomenon can be enhanced and shown on the display window. This technology also has automatic gas leakage image detection function.

技術特色

傳統巡檢氣體洩漏方式為以定點定量式偵測器檢測,其偵測範圍較小且費時。紅外線攝影機偵測氣體洩漏可較大範圍檢測並可快速判斷洩漏現象,並搭配設計之演算法強化洩漏現象,另具備氣體洩漏自動影像辨識功能,輔助巡檢人員偵測氣體洩漏點。
