技術名稱: 嵌入式空調水系統節能控制器

技術簡介

本技術主要應用對像為小型空調水系統設備,技術內容包含冰機自動啟停控制、冰水泵自動變頻控制、冷卻水泵自動變頻控制、區域冰水泵並聯最佳化控制及冷卻水塔並聯最佳化控制。

Abstract

This embedded system is applied for HVAC system energy saving. The control strategies are including multi-chiller automatic control, chilled water pump speed control, cooling water pump speed control, multi-zone pump optimal control and multi-fan optimal control.

應用範圍: 空調水系統之冰水主機、冰水泵、冷卻水泵、水塔風扇、區域泵 控制技術: 冰機啟停控制:可依現場使用RT頓數進行冰機啟停自動調控 冰水泵變頻控制:可建立溫差目標模型,依戶外溫溼度變化進行自動變頻控制 冷卻水泵變頻控制:可建立溫差目標模型,依戶外溫溼度變化進行自動變頻控制 水塔風扇最佳耗能控制:依並聯能耗模型自動控制水塔風扇啟停台數與運作頻率 區域泵最佳耗能控制:依並聯能耗模型自動控制區域泵啟停台數與運作頻率

Technical Specification

Applications: HVAC system including chillers, chilled water pump, cooling water pump, cool tower fans, zone pumps Control strategy: Multi-chiller on/off control:The controller can turn on/off the operating chillers according to the real using RT, automatically. Chilled water pump speed control:The controller can adjust the speed of chilled water pump according to a temperature difference model, automatically. Cooling water pump speed control:The controller can adjust the speed of cooling water pump according to a temperature difference model, automatically. Multi-fan optimal control:The controller can adjust operating number and speed of the cooling tower fans according to an energy consumption model, automatically. Multi-zone pump optimal control:The controller can adjust operating number and speed of the zone pumps according to an energy consumption model, automatically.

技術特色

目前市面上之小型空調水系統設備控制器均使用傳統pid控制器並控制目標為固定數值,本技術以嵌入式系統進行水系統運轉數據搜集,配合動態目標及能耗模型技術,開發空調水系統節能控制模組,使用者可依其需求進行設備節能控制導入。
