技術簡介

雙系統五軸控制車銑複合控制器技術,具有Cs軸+Y軸的車銑複合加工控制技術、可同時分別執行兩個加工程式、等待M碼,主軸交換控制、同動加工、混合控制、重疊加工、五軸TCP (Tool Center Point)控制與傾斜面控制加工等功能。

Abstract

Dual-system five-axis control turn-mill multi-tasking controller technology, with Cs axis + Y-axis turn-mill multi-tasking control technology, and the two programs can be executed separately at the same time, waiting M code, spindle exchange control, synchronous control, composite control, superimposed control, five-axis TCP (Tool Center Point) control and tilted working plane control, etc.

技術規格

雙系統五軸控制車銑複合控制器技術規格:與FANUC相容G碼,EtherCAT通訊介面,使用運動人機雙核心系統,Windows XP embedded作業係統,INtime即時控制軟體,伺服軸最多12軸,主軸最多6軸,位置迴路軟體伺服控制,具有全數位C/S主軸控制、正主軸/副主軸車銑複合加工控制、雙主軸同期控制、虛擬Y軸控制、高速高精度切削機能、剛性攻牙機能、軟體PLC、開放式人機介面、雙系統控制、等待M碼,主軸交換控制、同動加工、混合控制、重疊加工、五軸TCP (Tool Center Point)控制與傾斜面控制加工。

技術特色

以開放式全數位工業通訊控制為基礎,研發雙系統五軸同動控制車銑複合控制器,發展TCP (Tool Center Point)控制與傾斜面控制加工等功能,開發與整合EtherCAT伺服控制周邊產品,可應用於五軸控制車銑複加工機台。

應用範圍

車床、車銑複合加工中心機、雙主軸車銑複合加工機、雙主軸雙刀軸車銑複合加工機、立式車床、五軸同動B軸控制車銑複合加工機、多系統走心式車削中心,各式相關之加工機與產業機械。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

雙核心工業電腦,觸控螢幕、操作面板、IO卡,XP embedded、INtime即時控制軟體、支援EtherCAT之馬達和設備。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

需具備有加工應用技術之命令解譯、運動控制、人機介面開發人員。
