技術名稱: 五軸CNC控制技術

技術簡介

為國產高階五軸控制器,具備五軸加工控制技術、機台幾何誤差補償、雙系統同動控制技術到3D切削模擬驗證,其中不乏常用於五軸同動與五面加工之刀具中心點控制、傾斜平面命令等機能,支援機台構型由五軸正交構型到五軸非正交構型等五軸輪廓銑削控制機能。

正交型(RRTTT、RTTTR、TTTRR)三種構型支援、非正交型(RTTTR)一種構型支援、正交與非正交五軸同動精密控制模組、傾斜面加工、刀具中心點控制、刀具中心點平滑化控制、刀具姿態控制、五軸前加減速控制、指定公差控制機能、旋轉軸機構誤差補償、工件設置誤差補償、3D虛擬軸進退刀、奇異點控制、五軸3D切削模擬、五軸3D線上碰撞偵測等五軸輪廓銑削控制機能。

雙核心雙系統全數位網路伺服控制器:內置CPU-based運動控制卡、專屬SOC運動控制核心運算引擎與具備1ms通訊週期、16軸全數位串列伺服控制等。 觸控式螢幕圖形用戶介面操作:提供友善觸控式螢幕圖形用戶介面與以兩鍵式直覺操作控制器。 精密運動控制:具備高速高精度模具切削、高速剛性攻牙、關節型機器手臂控制等。 五軸控制功能:支援各種類型五軸機構補正,包含正交型(動頭、旋轉台、混合)與非正交型(混合)、傾斜面加工、刀具中心點控制、刀具中心點平滑化控制、刀具姿態控制、五軸前加減速控制、指定公差控制機能、旋轉軸機構誤差補償、工件設置誤差補償、3D虛擬軸進退刀、奇異點控制、五軸3D切削模擬、五軸3D線上碰撞偵測等。
