技術名稱: 車銑複合製程快速模擬技術

技術簡介

本技術為CNC控制器加值軟體,乃是利用NC程式預解譯功能,以解譯器取得各單節執行時的與切削路徑相關資訊,快速更新顯示加工路徑與3D實體切削外觀,並從加工模擬運行中,判斷是否有非預期加工動作產生,進行製程快速檢查。

Abstract

The technique is regarded as an add-value software of the CNC controller. By using the pre-interpretation function of the NC program and obtaining the information related to the cutting path of each executing block from interpreter, it quickly updates and displays the machining path and 3D solid appearance. Moreover, from the simulation process, it determines whether there’s any unexpected processing action and makes a quick check to the processing.

技術特色

3D實體快速模擬功能可在真正實際加工前預先模擬加工運行,早期發現加工干涉情形,或由實體模擬畫面協助判斷環境設置錯誤。本模組採開放式App模組方式建構於工研院CNC控制器,大幅減少開發時程,廠商可依使用設備環境現地客製化人機介面,可讓廠商更新修改以符合其機台特色。
