技術特色

本技術架構在複材超音波加工資料庫、驗證載具這兩個軟、硬體技術上。於驗證載具上以超音波刀具模組進行蜂巢複材實際切削,超音波加工參數優化軟體透過 VMX 平台收集切削訊號,並上傳至 SQL SERVER,藉由分析切削聲音訊號之特徵響應,判定超音波刀具磨耗之能量特徵,以進行超音波振幅、進給率之加工參數優化。
