技術名稱: 設備節能與智慧化監控技術

技術簡介

轉印過程壓力會因基材厚度、Blanket材質、平台平整度等變異會造成轉印時壓力不穩定。此問題已嚴重影響到線路轉印成型的品質。本計畫利用力量回授感測器將壓印過程等動作中不同的受壓狀況方式以可視化方式表現並加以紀錄分析,建立壓印參數影響模型,能在5個製程循環內預測最佳的壓印路徑,最終將壓力變化控制在15%以內。

Abstract

Transfer process pressure due to the thickness variation of a substrate, Blanket material, flatness and the like will cause the platform when transfer pressure is unstable. This problem has seriously affected the quality of line transfer molding. In this project, the force feedback sensor is used to visualize and record the different modes of compression in the process. The model of offset parameters is established to predict the best in 5 process cycles Imprint path, the final pressure change control within 15%.
