技術簡介

本技術依據德國工業4.0設備元件化的技術概念，提供資產管理殼通訊技術發展環境，協助設備資產資訊數位化與生命週期管理，以Plug&Work發揮CPS智慧製造自動化整合彈性。

Abstract

This technology is based on the technical concept of German Industry 4.0 to provide the asset management environment for the development of shell communication technology, to assist in the digitization of equipment assets and life cycle management, and to create automation integration flexibility by Plug&Work.

技術規格

(1)PLC控制器：Mitsubishi、Panasonic、Fatek；(2)感測器：Comet、ICPDAS、KITA溫濕度與壓力傳送器；(3)設備通訊介面：RS-232、RS-485、Modbus RTU、Modbus TCP、OPCUA；(4)應用通訊標準：Web API、Socket、HTTP、TCP/IP、 SECSGEM、OPCUA；(5)通訊傳輸速率≧10Mbps。
