技術名稱: 可摺疊多功能上板結構技術

技術簡介

整合提高機械強度塑膠基板、超薄圓偏光片、抗刮超耐磨保護層以及高靈敏觸控結構之多功能性上板,再與軟性AMOLED面板結合,開發出具高機械性能之可摺疊On-cell Touch AMOLED面板技術。其廠商可運用此技術實現具有高機械強度、低反射率之超薄摺疊式觸控面板模組及其智慧裝置產品。

Abstract

In order to improve the mechanical properties of the plastic substrates, ultra-thin circular polarizers, scratch resistant, wear-resistant overlays, and versatile upper panels with highly sensitive touch structures, combined with flexible panels, developed foldable On-Cell with high mechanical properties Touch AMOLED panel technology.Manufacturers can use this technology to achieve ultra-thin folding with high mechanical strength, low reflectivity.

技術規格

1.軟性面板反射率?8%。 2.軟性面板鉛筆硬度≧7 H,無塗膜剝落,無可視之擦痕。 3.軟性面板耐磨耗能力可通過≧500次@100g Load,無可視刮痕。 4.軟性面板耐摺疊能力可通過@ r=3 mm/20 萬次,阻抗變異量≦10 %。 5.軟性面板耐衝擊能力可通過落球高度35 cm,重量135g自由落下之衝擊測試,外觀無缺陷。
