技術名稱: 軟性低溫多晶矽薄膜電晶體技術

技術簡介

以FlexUP基板技術為基礎,開發P-LTPS TFT 耐撓曲結構與製程,實現於可摺疊 AMOLED之應用,本技術特點除可相容Glass base LTPS-TFT Array 量產設備,其軟性LTPS製程設計(design rule)與Glass-base 相同。

Abstract

Based on FlexUP substrate technology, the flexible P-LTPS TFT structure and process are developed for foldable AMOLED applications . The technical characteristics are described as follows: 1. Compatible Glass base LTPS-TFT Array production equipment 2. Process and design rule are the same with glass-base LTPS

1. 軟性 P-LTPS元件特性:Mobility > 45 cm^2/Vs, S.S < 0.45 V/dec. 2. 製程溫度< 450℃ 3. 軟性LTPS-TFT 離型取下前後Vth差異 <0.5 V 4. Folding r=3mm, 軟性LTPS元件特性差異 <10%
