技術簡介

開發可摺疊AMOLED的薄膜機械特性量測技術,建立AMOLED 取下應力與彎曲應力模擬技術,以分析AMOLED取下與摺疊時的失效風險,提高AMOLED良率與性能,降低開發成本。

Abstract

Developing material measurment techiques for foldable AMOLED as well as establishing simulation platform to predict the failure issue of AMOLED during de-bonding and folding so as to improve the manufacturing yiled of AMOLED.
