技術名稱: 提升軟性OLED面板可靠度的封裝技術

技術簡介

針對軟性OLED結構之封裝技術,藉由搭配Side Wall阻氣結構及軟性封裝的封止膠材,兼顧高阻水阻氣特性之封裝方式。製程評估分為三個主要項目,一為後段薄膜封裝之光學增益損耗、耐撓曲性及WVTR ,二為封裝膠材部分包含膠材填充性、釋氣量(Out-gas)及RA可靠性測試,三為整合低Out-gas封止膠材及Side Wall進行RA(85℃/85 R.H.)的環測。

Abstract

Developed a flexible encapsulation technology with "side wall barrier" that has great water vapor barrier character. It has been integrated optical, foldable and WVTR chatacter into the thin film encapsulation. The glue has passed out-gas and RA reliabilty test.

技術規格

OLED面板可靠性驗證可通過環境測試@ 85℃/85 R.H.,無暗點增加;且經 r=1 mm/20 萬次摺疊測試後,亮度變異性為1.1~3.5%,摺疊區與非摺疊區之亮度變異性為 0.7~1.8%,以此封裝製程結構,在環測及摺疊測試上街有良好的表現。
