技術名稱: 提高OLED元件效率的製程技術

技術簡介

由於Top Emission OLED元件的膜厚穩定度將明顯影響元件的光學效率,因為無法實現最佳微共振腔效應(Microcavity Effect)之故,此變因除了與製程穩定性有關之外,使用設備之設計與穩定性控制亦不可忽視。
