技術名稱: 大功率電力極板電性/熱阻與散熱性能之分析設計

技術簡介

在馬達驅控器中高溫保護,過去主要觀察功率元件之溫度表現,原因在於隨著應用功率越大,功率元件之溫升就越高,而這也主要決定馬達驅控器輸出功率之關鍵因素。然而過去電力極板鮮少被注意,但當電力極板之溫度增加後,其熱耗散僅靠輻射的方式是不夠的,特別是在小型化的裝置中。當無適當的設計出現時,常導致電力極板間發生跳火之危險情況,最終造成驅動電路板或功率元件毀損。

Abstract

As for the over temperature protection of motor control units, the mainly key issue is to check the temperature rising in power switches. When output power increases, as a result, the temperature of power switches also increases. This is a main limitation on power output of motor control units. However, it shall be indicated that the bus bar also needs to pay more attention on. The reason is the way to dissipate the heat of bus bar is radiation which is not enough when the output power is quite high, especially for a small size device. If no suitable design is used, it may has very high possibility that arcing happens. Consequently, it leads to damage for driver boards or power switches.

"以50kW功率輸出馬達驅控器做研究對象,設計電力極板、對其之溫度表現作觀察建立出設計SOP。 並於實測結果顯示在驅動器電力極板的熱組與散熱性能設計,於相同功率密度之驅動器以及相同測試條限下提升額定穩態運轉時間遠超過5分鐘之計畫目標。 "
