技術簡介

膠原蛋白角膜眼罩為具備角膜曲率之薄膜材料，技術開發之產品具有高透明、高含水及柔軟之特性並具有透氧性，配方本身具有優良之生物相容性，可進行角膜保護及角膜傷口隔離，並有效促進角膜傷口修復癒合，於眼科俱有高度應用性。

Abstract

Collagen corneal shield was shape in the form of a contact lens that can easily be placed on the surface of the eye. The fabrication process allowed the formation of a fully transparent, hydration and softness film. The shield also has suitable oxygen permeability. The formula itself has excellent biocompatibility. The potential use for the collagen shield is that of ocular surface protection and surgical and traumatic wounds healing of the eye. Therefore, this film can have a wide variety of application outside of the currently proposed corneal repair options.
