技術名稱: 全血樣品血容比之量測改善方法

技術簡介

本技術為一改善全血樣品量測血容比準確度的方法。血容比量測較易受到環境因素的影響,所以消除此影響因子,對血容比量測的準確度十分重要。本技術所使用之方法,可有效消除環境因素對血容比量測的影響,但不影響待測物本身的量測程序或是結果,可在量測待測物的同時或是量測待測物之後再進行血容比的量測。

Abstract

The technology herein is an improved method of determining whole blood Hct. The measurement results of Hct are easily affected by the environment, so how to eliminate the effect is very important. This method can decrease the interference caused by the environment but not affect the results and process of the analyte measurement. It can be performed during the measurement or after the measurement of the analyte.

技術規格

所需全血血液量約0.8μl即可應用 可校正之血球容積比範圍為15%~65% 可大幅消除量測時環境因素干擾

Technical Specification

0.8μl of whole blood is sufficient for measurement. Acceptable Hct range of sample : 15~65%. Largely decrease the environmental interference to Hct measurement results

技術特色

本技術對待測物本身的量測程序或是結果之影響極小,不論在量測待測物的同時偵測血容比或是在量測待測物之後再進行血容比的量測皆為可行。應用簡單,不須使用複雜的模組,成本不會大幅提高。

居家/醫護點使用之生化免疫檢測類產品 腎臟病患者血液檢測(養老中心/洗腎中心) 貧血或大出血患者血液檢測(醫療院所) 脫水患者(如燙傷、外傷、手術)或水腫患者血液檢測(醫療院所)

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

GMP等級體外檢測試劑/試片製造廠,已獲品質系統認證者為佳,未具備者可輔導建廠已及協助取得認證。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

須具備醫療產品研發與品管QC基本能力者或具有生化/生醫/醫電/醫工類基礎背景者
