技術名稱: 運用機器學習快速辨識製程缺陷技術

技術簡介

傳統的AOI檢測流程中,因為AOI的檢測的誤報率無法有效下降,為了找出真實的缺陷,所以一台AOI機台需搭配多台VRS人工缺陷驗證機,利用大量人工複檢來提升產能。所以本計畫提出開發一套半自動的智慧型缺陷複檢機AutoVRS,以電腦進行初步複檢,取代現有VRS系統,降低人工複檢需求,進而增加缺陷肇因分析的正確性。

Abstract

In the AOI inspection process, the false alarm rate is high enough. In order to decrease the false alarm rate, PCB manufacturers utilize human inspection by using VRS to review PCB. However, the efficiency is not good enough due to the fact that there are lots of false defects to review. Therefore, we demonstrated an AutoVRS to decrease the false alarm rate.
