技術名稱: 於G2.5 OLED蒸鍍設備進行有機材料熱穩定性驗證技術

技術簡介

建立有機膜層光學特性與OLED元件光學模型,搭配G2.5 試量產OLED蒸鍍設備進行元件實作找出OLED最佳膜層疊構設計,並驗證有機材料經過連續蒸鍍後之OLED元件光電特性,開發可應用於量產之高效率與高穩定性之OLED元件技術。
