技術名稱: 雷射動態變焦控制技術

技術簡介

雷射動態變焦控制技術,其中雷射動態變焦模組可透過複合光學架構,進行不同光槓桿比例的調變,可滿足不同製程所需的焦點位置需求,並搭配雷射振鏡控制平台實現三維加工調變技術。

Abstract

he laser dynamic zooming control technology is completed in this year. The laser dynamic zooming module can adjust the optical lever proportionality through the composite optical architecture to meet the needs of the focal position required by different manufacturing processes and match with the laser galvanometer control platform to achieve three-dimensional processing modulation technology.

技術特色

在精微雷射三維加工製程中,需要動態地改變雷射聚焦平面與材料表面的相對位置,提昇雷射加工的成效。雷射動態變焦技術,提供業者從原本2D平面雷射加工升級為3D曲面加工,其中開發之雷射動態變焦機電模組與國際指標大廠Canon提供的解決方案相比,藉由技術自主化的優勢將能有效降低30%以上之開發成本,以及變焦速度提升20%。
