技術名稱: 複合製程自動化模擬軟體技術

技術簡介

透過複合製程自動化模擬軟體,可進行機器人與其周邊設備模擬,可完成多種應用與任務如空間布局與軌跡規劃,在研發設計階段即能評估自動化整合的各項因子與分析。

Abstract

We can simulate robots and industrial device through the composite automation simulation software. The applications and tasks such as spatial layout and trajectory planning also can be completed. Various factors and analysis of the automation integration can be evaluated in the R & D and design stage.

技術特色

複合製程自動化模擬軟體雛形版本,主要進行產業機器人模擬以及周邊自動化系統模擬,並可透過虛擬空間進行產線佈置,以達到實際建置自動化前的分析評估,降低設計製造後會發生的問題,並提高成品可靠性與穩定性。另外,亦可進行機器人離線編程,縮短實際教導測試時間,並減少操作不當而造成的不必要損失與公安問題。
