依此平台開發雙OIS VCM規格為案例: VCM 18.0 x 10.0 x 3.0 mm x/y行程±100μm,驅動電流98mA Z行程±80μm,驅動電流100mA,聚焦光軸傾角13.1’ Overshoot = 4%, Settling time = 8.7ms 抑振壓縮比:30.76dB (抑振前100um/抑振後2.9um)

技術特色

本計畫已建立多軸微型抑振補償致動器設計平台,可針對雙OIS功能緊湊型相機模組的雙顆x/y/z自由度音圈馬達與抑振補償控制演算法開發,具備體積最小、最薄且優益性能的機種。磁動力參數敏感度設計也已經建立在此平台上,提供高價值設計流程。
