技術名稱: 治具誤差補償應用平台

技術簡介

精密加工工件誤差來源因素繁多,傳統加工業者是利用經驗法則來推估誤差源,在現場的加工參數調整往往倚賴師傅經驗與試誤法,無法以科學方式將機台加工差異性透明化,提供現場操作人員作為調整參考。 透過研發加工參數變異誤差自主補償技術,降低國內加工業者在試誤時間,打破以往業者在補償誤差時須逐一分析誤差源,經由研發之誤差轉換矩陣逆推演算法,統一由治具調整進行補償,降低試誤時間。

Abstract

Processing parameters adjustment rely on experience/ knowledge of operators and information processing is unrevealed. Through developing self-compensation technology of processing parameter variation error, it can reduce the trial and error time, instead of one by one to find error source. Through the error inverse matrix algorithm, adjustment by the fixture to compensate, reduce the trial and error time.

1.治具誤差源檢測與回饋技術:後端檢測機台連線/離線即時線上治具誤差檢測,提供加工者修正誤差 2.主軸振動監測技術:線上即時檢測加工機主軸的振動/加工噪音參數並記錄於資料庫/FILE中,已利後續分析與加工警示 3.加工動態參數記錄 :建立批量加工時的異常檢測資訊,與線上警戒檢測功能
