技術名稱: 無機酸鹼氣體連續採樣與分析技術

技術簡介

本技利用中華民國專利「液流式氣體採樣分析裝置及方法」將空氣中的酸鹼氣體吸收至液體中,並搭配中華民國專利「多成分化學物質之檢測方法與裝置」進行液體中離子濃度分析,可即時監測空氣或排氣中酸鹼氣體濃度。

Abstract

This technology use Taiwan patent “Liquid-flow gas sampler and analyzer and method of use” to absorb the acid and base gases into liquids. Coordinated with Taiwan patent “Method and apparatus for analyzing multiple species” for analysis of ion concentration in liquids. It can sampling and analysis the concentration of acid and base gas in-situ.

技術規格

分析氣體物種:氫氟酸、鹽酸與氨氣體,分析濃度範圍:0.01~100 ppm,分析頻率:5分鐘/樣品。

Technical Specification

Analyze gas: HF, HCl, NH3. Gas concentration range: 0.01~100 ppm. Analysis frequency: 5 min/sample.
