技術名稱: 健康風險精算模型技術

技術簡介

健康風險精算模型包含以下三大模型:心血管疾病發生率風險與心血管健康年齡評估、糖尿病發生率風險評估、綜合健康年齡評估。輸入指定參數此模型可產出使用者10年內相關疾病的發生機率同時也提供同齡族群的發生率,除了可以讓使用者了解自己的健康風險之外,也可以和同齡人口常模做比較。本模型利用台灣本土資料庫建立模型,準確率方面糖尿病與心血管疾病風險模型男性可達C-index 0.6711、女性可達C-index 0.6821;綜合健康年齡C-index可達0.8。

Abstract

Health risk analysis model consists of 3 models, including cardiovascular risk analysis, diabetes risk analysis, health age evaluation. Users need to input indicated index and then the output will be the occurrence probability of the disease in 10 years and also provide user with reference information such as occurrence probability in similar population. Therefore, user can make comparison easily. This model come from local database and the accuracy achieved c-index 0.6821 in female, c-index 0.6711 in male. As to the health age, c-index value is up to 0.8.
