技術簡介

CNC控制器整合Robot控制模組,提供使用者統一便利的操作介面,簡化機械手臂連接到機台的程序,使配線簡單化,減少通訊延遲,面對多樣少量的產業鏈,提供快速建立設備協同控制的解決方案。

Abstract

The CNC controller integrate with the Robot control module to provide a user-friendly and convenient operation interface, simplifies the procedure that connecting the robot to 5-Axis machine tool, simplifies the wring, reduces communication delays, and provides solutions for rapid establishment of equipment cooperation in the face of diverse and small industrial chains.

技術規格

控制器整合虛擬工具機與機械手臂之運動鏈模,具有雙系統製程模擬與干涉檢查功能、支援EtherCAT與Ethernet通訊格式、五軸同動插補功能、工業Robot運動學應用模組、雙系統同動精微控制應用模組、整合性人機操作介面,並可自由搭配六軸關節型、四軸水平關節型與門型機械手臂,具高整合、附加價值、獨特性的Robot Inside CNC控制器。

Technical Specification

The controller integrates with the kinematic chain model of the virtual machine tool and robot. It supported the double-system simulation and interference check function, EtherCAT and Ethernet communication formats, five-axis simultaneous interpolation, industrial Robot kinematics application module, dual-system simultaneous motion control application module, and integrated human machine interface. It can freely collaborate with six-axis articulated robot , four-axis selective compliance assembly robot and gantry type robot, and has a highly integrated, value-added and unique Robot Inside CNC controller.

技術特色

雙系統製程模擬與干涉檢查功能: 整合虛擬工具機與機械手臂之運動鏈模型,進行碰撞偵測與模擬,以保護機台安全。 五軸同動插補功能: 加工過程是沿著機器的五個軸做同步及連續移動的切削過程。支援三種五軸工具機構型(刀具旋轉型、工作檯面旋轉型、混合型),具備刀具中心點控制、傾斜面加工、工件設置誤差補償、旋轉軸機構誤差補償、3D刀具長度補正、3D虛擬軸進退等功能。 雙系統同動精微控制應用模組: 整合不同運動控制系統,在同一控制器上,實現自動複合化加工應用。 工業Robot運動學應用模組: 支援六軸關節型與四軸水平關節型機械手臂插補運動,可實現自動化上下料等應用。 整合性人機操作介面: 整合Robot與銑床人機介面,提供使用者簡易操作環境。 EtherCAT與Ethernet通訊: 全數位伺服通訊界面,架構在乙太網路上的工業通訊總線,支援高速的通訊效能與即時的通訊系統。
