技術名稱: 高功率電能轉換器開發

技術簡介

高功率等級儲能系統及大型電能轉換器整合逐漸受到重視,且需求為達到高電能效率、低損耗、提升整體儲能系統對電網之服務品質之目標。 本技術包含電能轉換器設計與開發及快速熱散逸之散熱系統設計,電能轉換器輸入端為儲能電池,電池電壓為650V~750V,交流輸出端之併網電壓為三相440V系統,散熱功率需求約為6kW~8kW,額定容量為1000kVA。並可結合儲能電池進行充放電功能測試,及連接區域能源管理系統進行系統能源整合分配之管理,建立國內自有之大型電能轉換器電能控制技術能量,創造產業價值。

Abstract

The integration of high-power ESS and large-scale PCS has gradually been caught attention. And the system has been targeted specifically to provide high conversion efficiency, lower power consumption, as well as the improvement of power quality to the grid. The technology includes the design and development of the power converter with heat dissipation system for high power conditioner. The specification is shown as followed. The battery voltage range is 650V~750V. The grid voltage of the AC output is three-phase 440V. The heat dissipation is around 6kW~8kW. Rated AC output power is 1000kVA. Besides, it also can be operated with energy storage for bi-direction power flow evaluation (ex: charge /discharge mode), and connected to local energy management system (LEMS) to provide energy dispatch function for distributed energy system.
