技術名稱: 高溫PEM燃料電池技術開發

技術簡介

高溫質子交換膜燃料電池(PEMFC)技術 (160~180?C)相較於低溫PEMFC具有系統設備簡化(無氣體增濕、簡化燃料純化程序)、較高的CO耐受度(1%) 以及無複雜水管理等優點。本技術開發kW級高溫PEM電池組,透過建構高溫密封技術、高溫雙極板開發、電池組熱流分析設計、電池性能劣化分析等關鍵技術,並整合系統之規劃設計,使高溫PEM電池組更符合終端市場之需求。

Abstract

High temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) technology can operate at 160-180℃, and has several advantages such as much simpler system (w/o humidifier, simplifier purified procedures) than low temperature PEMFC, high CO tolerance, w/o complex water management. A kW level high temperature PEMFC stack and system is successful developed. The key techniques of a HTPEMFC stack include high temperature sealing, bipolar plate design, in-plant thermal flow simulation, degradation test. These technologies could be integrated with generation or combined heat & power system to match the demand of an end-user market with HTPEMFC stack.

技術規格

本技術是開發瓩級高溫質子交換膜燃料(proton exchanged membrane fuel cell, PEMFC)電池組技術,透過高強度密封技術(>14psi@180℃)、流場板設計分析、電池組發電功率?1kW,結合電池組運作特性,高CO容許度(1-3%)、燃料處理程序簡單、無複雜水管理等,可開發高溫PEMFC電池組整合應用於CHP燃料電池發電系統。

Technical Specification

The technology presents a kW class high temperature PEMFC stack that includes high strength sealing techniques(>14psi@180℃), flow field plate design, and cell assembly & diagnosis method, has some advantages such as high CO tolerance(1-3%), simpler fuel processing, w/o water management. A simplifier system or combined heat & power system could be established with those system advantages and techniques of the proposed HTPEMFC stack.

1. 提出一個高密封強度之雙極板密封方法。 2. 建立拉載昇溫之控溫模式,建立電池組半載效能基礎。 3. 完成不同化學劑量比之高溫電池組運行測試,使電池組之拉載效率有效提昇。
