技術名稱: 鋁電池及其製造方法

技術簡介

本研究中發展出一個具備低成本、高安全性、可快速充放電,利用石墨電極和離子液體為電解液的新穎鋁離子電池,具備2V的放電平台,具電網級儲電與驅動電動運輸載具應用潛力。

Abstract

This technique focus on high safety, low cost,high seed charge/discharge aluminum battery using ionic liquid electrolyze. It shows 2V discharge plateaus and good potential for energy storage system and low speed vehicle.

技術規格

一種金屬離子電池包含:(1)陽極,其包含鋁;(2)陰極,其包含層狀活性材料;以及(3)電解質,其設置於所述陽極與所述陰極之間以支持鋁在所述陽極處之可逆沉積及溶解及陰離子在所述陰極處之可逆遷入及遷出。

Technical Specification

A metal-ion battery includes: (1) an anode including aluminum; (2) a cathode including a layered, active material; and (3) an electrolyte disposed between the anode and the cathode to support reversible deposition and dissolution of aluminum at the anode and reversible intercalation and de-intercalation of anions at the cathode.

技術特色

本研究中提出一個高效能且可穩定充放電之鋁離子電池裝置,鋁金屬陽極在非可燃性離子液體電解液內具有高度充放電循環穩定性,採用的電極與隔離膜材料皆為具可撓性,同時鋁電池具備非可燃性與無安全危害性的優勢。重量能量密度約為40 Wh kg–1,稍高於鉛酸電池系統。單電池可提供高放電電壓(2V)、循環穩定性(>7,500次)與高電容量(~70 mAh g–1)。充放電速度可以由0.5C至75C之間隨使用情境調節。 包含專利:(1)金屬離子電池及其製造方法I583038、(2)金屬離子電池 I606627、(3)金屬離子電池及其製備方法I609516、(4)金屬離子電池 I611618、(5)金屬離子電池 I606630
