技術名稱: 電源供應器加速壽命測試技術

技術簡介

電源供應器為電子設備的心臟,需要擁有高可靠度及長壽命,目前電源供應器之可靠度量度指標是平均失效間隔時間(Mean Time Between Failures, MTBF)。可靠度工程定義為產品於既定的時間內,在特定的使用(環境)條件下,執行特定性能或功能,成功達成任務的機率。加速壽命試驗是指採用加大應力的方法促使樣品在短期內失效,以預測在正常工作條件或儲存條件下的可靠性,但不改變受試樣品的失效分佈。技術透過分析提出試驗方法。本技術模擬LED電源供應器的使用環境,研擬試驗計畫並進行測試,透過可靠度試驗驗證LED電源供應器的壽命,提供電路設計的改善依據,藉由測試數據分析推估LED電源供應器之MTBF。

Abstract

The reliability test is based on the assumption that the failure time is an exponential distribution, that is, the failure rate is constant. Therefore is the most objective and effective method to evaluate and verify whether the reliability/MTBF of the LED power supply meets the specification requirements. In Accelerated life test, the environment in which the LED power supply may be encountered is simulated to find unexpected or potential problems of the LED power supply under limited short time. And then the design improvement according to the failure mode, and the analysis of the test data is pushed, so as the estimate of the MTBF of the LED power supply under test.
