技術名稱: 紫杉醇微脂體新劑型(PL425)開發

技術簡介

在本計劃的配方設計中,將大量疏水性(hydrophobic)的紫杉醇藥物包埋於微脂粒雙層膜間外,並搭配DoxilR配方設計之概念來進行設計(HSPC:Chol = 3:2, PEG ~ 5%, Drug ~ 2 mg/ml),期望配方在有更好之PK profile下,能有更好之治療效果。

Abstract

In this platform, a large number of paclitaxel (hydrophobic drug) was encapsulated inside the liposome bilayer membrane. The liposome design was the same with the concept of DoxilR formulation design (HSPC: Chol = 3:2, PEG ~ 5%, Drug ~ 2 mg/ml). It is expected that the formulation will have a better PK profile and therapeutic effect.
