技術名稱: 醫用新型微流體生物晶片微量分注及精子品質分選整合控制系統

技術簡介

本系統結合微機電製程技術、精子檢測以及客製化人工生殖技術等專業技術領域,開發一個高效能的整合性精子分選系統。整合型系統則分別完成精子光學檢測系統、溫度控制平台與自動進樣系統的設計與開發。其中最主要的兩項關鍵技術:37度恆溫控制系統與精子檢體自動分注分選系統整合在一個穩定的自動控制系統內。以利於生殖醫學中心的無塵室內進行即時、快速且準確的精子分離處理與濃度計數。台北醫學大學與工研院生醫所合作開發此一具前瞻性的跨領域整合,醫用輔助系統。

Abstract

A high-performance integrated sperm sorting system was developed comprises a micro-electromechanical process technology, sperm detection, and customized artificial reproductive technology. The integrated system completes the design and development of the sperm optical detection system, temperature control platform, and automatic sample dispensing system, respectively. Two of the most important key technologies, including the 37-degree thermostatic control system and the sperm specimen automatic dispensing and sorting system, are integrated in a stable automatic control system. 本精子分析雛型機,在國內尚屬未被開發的生殖臨床儀器。利用本研發成果,建立精緻選種的篩選平台,可扮演生殖產業的領頭羊,引領畜產業進入精子質控的產業升級。間接應用之影響力,包括人工生殖之精子品質篩選平台建構,自動化精子篩選步驟的建立,漸少人工在活力精子揀選上判斷的誤差。
