技術名稱: 抗腫瘤轉移之淋巴標的傳輸系統

技術簡介

工研院已建立完整奈米複合體技術平台,包括透明質酸修飾,劑型配方,藥物選擇,試量產,體外評估及動物藥動/藥效/毒性評估等。利用改良式透明質酸材料包覆鉑金類藥物技術可較一般未修飾透明質酸所建構之奈米載體具更高之穩定性,且具CD44標定能力。可大幅增加藥物於淋巴結之曝藥量,增加鉑金類藥物抗腫瘤淋巴轉移的能力。試量產每批次可達100 mL以上,且具長期保存安定性。適合用於頭頸癌、黑色素細胞瘤、乳癌等治療。

Abstract

The nanocomplexes were fabricated by modified hyaluronic acid and platinum. With high stable and CD44 targeting properties, the HA-based nanocomplexes could deliver more drugs to lymph nodes and inhibit cancer lymphatic metastasis. This intralymphatic delivery platform may offer significant advantages for the use of platinum medicines in the management of locally advanced cancers, treating microscopic lymph node disease with better efficacy than current high-dose systemic chemotherapy.
