技術名稱: 酵素法糖化血色素檢測技術

技術簡介

酵素法測定糖化血色素能消除變異血色素的干擾,提高測定的準確性。使用單通道方法獲得高通量而不須測定血紅素總量,進而提高測定的精確度和減少測定時間。提供了儀器特定封裝選項和上機簡化使用的便利性。使用專一性酵素分析和測定技術開發出經濟且易於使用的臨床診斷產品,使醫師能更有效地治療糖尿病患者。

Abstract

Enzymatic HbA1c assay is resistant to interference from variant hemoglobins which can impact the accuracy of other HbA1c assays. High throughput is obtained using single channel method which eliminates the need for a dedicated channel for total hemoglobin thereby improving assay precision and turn around time. This test provides the added convenience of instrument specific packaging options for laboratory simplification and implementation. We uses specific enzymatic assay and diagnostic technologies to develop cost effective and user friendly clinical diagnostic products that better equip physicians to effectively treat their DM patients.
