技術名稱: AGV控制系統技術

技術簡介

1.本技術提供一種AGV控制系統技術,透過天花板深度資訊,使原本僅能對平面環境定位/建圖,改善為利用天花板定位/建圖。 2.透過深度模組,截取(繪製)現在位置上方天花板畫面,比對先前建立之天花板地圖,交叉比對地圖而定位AGV位置,建置天花板深度地圖與行走之相對資訊,提供AGV導航。 3.當建置時天花板特徵點過少,將造成定位迷失,可藉由增加高度特徵點(凸起物)輔助,提高導航正確性。

Abstract

AGV control system technology which provided the location and map to AGV guided control through the object depth from ceiling construction. When the ceiling features not clear or obviously, we can attach the different height of object on the ceiling to improve the navigation accuracy.

1.5V直流變頻馬達驅動 2.深度攝影機接收模組 3.24V 鉛酸電池供電,可連續行走5~6小時 4.超音波感測障礙物,可感測10~50公分之障礙物 5.本體68KG,可載重180KG 6.載物平台大小可訂製

技術特色

採用天花板深度方式進行自走車行走導航感測,搭配直流馬達進行自走車運動控制,具有低成本、容易導入的特性,尤其在天花板較單純的環境中,可以快速地佈建軌道進行應用
