技術名稱: 智慧綠建築模擬分析技術

技術簡介

本技術整合建築物能耗模擬軟體、建材及耗電設備規格資料庫,使用本土化的建築模型與氣候資料,提供建築物耗電因子分析、最大空調尖峰負載估算、空調系統與建材更新之節電效益評估等功能,建立國內自有之智慧綠建築分析技術。

Abstract

This technology developed a building energy consumption modeling package, which integrated simulation software, materials and equipment database. The package can analyze power consumption, maximum cooling peak load calculation, and energy-saving evaluation of retrofitting HVAC systems or building envelope. Besides, it also established an analysis tool package of domestic smart green buildings.
