技術名稱: 熱電模組

技術簡介

本發明以單一型材料並聯方式組成熱電模組基本單元,再透過不同的接合結構,將多個基本單元串聯成為熱電模組。此方法改良原本單一型熱電材料組裝熱電模組時的複雜度,可有效降低模組封裝成本。

Abstract

This invention relates to a method of thermoelectric module assembling, by using single-type thermoelectric element. A basic unit is composed of a plurality of single-type elements connected in parallel, and a thermoelectric module is composed of a plurality of basic units connected in series. This invention provides with a methods to reduce the complexity of module assembling, which can therefore reduce the module cost.

技術特色

目前市售熱電模組多以兩型熱電材料組裝而成。使用單型材料有製作工序較簡單、機械特性相同較不易拉扯變形等優點,是本專利發展的重要基礎。本專利重要特色是簡化傳統單一材料熱電模組的複雜組裝方式,採用簡單的三明治結構來實現多量與大面積材料的組裝,能有效降低熱電模組封裝成本。
