技術名稱: 濾氣結構與過濾氣體的方法

技術簡介

本發明為一種提高鈀金屬膜純化氫氣之方法。主要構思是在鈀金屬滲透膜表面再披覆一層具備可過濾氣體分子之材料,此材料具備讓氫氣分子通過之特性,但卻可阻隔大部份非氫氣分子(如一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷等)與顆粒狀污染物,此材料之特性可提高鈀金屬膜純化氫氣能力亦可避免滲透膜表面遭受不純物之污染與毒化。

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the hydrogen purification with palladium membrane. The main idea is to coat a layer of material on the palladium membrane, and this material can filter gas molecule and has the characteristics of hydrogen permeating but cutting out most non-hydrogen molecules (such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, etc.) and granular pollutants. The properties of this material can improve the ability of palladium membrane to purify hydrogen and also avoid the contamination and poisoning of the surface of the permeable membrane.

技術特色

1.技術已少量試產及經實場驗證。 2.利用層狀雙金屬材料LDH層間距約3.5A,大於H2動力直徑(2.89A)但與COX、CH4等(3.30~ 3.8A)相近,能阻礙雜質但較不影響H2通過。

應用範圍

本專利所開發之濾氫薄膜,可應用於LPG等小型重組產氫系統(產氫量< 10 Nm3/hr),其純化系統之體積與成本皆具競爭力;而工業餘氫純化系統可應用於氯鹼、半導體與石化產業之副產物餘氫處理,其處理量> 10 Nm3/hr,可以較低廉的成本處理氫氣,利於節能減碳。
