技術簡介

本發明提供一種抗菌材料，包括：銀離子；以及螯合劑，其中銀離子化學鍵結至螯合劑，其中該銀離子包括二價、三價銀離子或上述之組合。

Abstract

The invention provides an antimicrobial material, which includes the silver ions and a chelating agent, wherein the silvers ions are chemically bonded to the chelating agent, wherein the silver ions include divalent silver ions, trivalent silver ions or combinations thereof.

技術規格

以大腸桿菌(E. Coli)、金黃色葡萄球菌(S. Aureus)作為測試細菌。抑菌率可達至99％、添加量10倍時抑菌速度小於60秒、抑菌生命週期120天的衰退率低於20％。

Technical Specification

Can achieve 99 ％ of inhibition rate of E.Coli and S.Aureus. When dosing 10 times, the 99 ％ of inhibition rate is less than 60s. The decay rate of antimicrobial life (120 days) is less than 20 ％.

技術特色

溶劑型：稀釋至適當比例，塗佈於待處理物表面，再以風乾固化。抗菌噴劑塗佈厚度薄、耐候能力強，適用於空調設備抗菌。或稀釋添加於塗料中作為抗菌塗料。 粉體型：以適當比例製成塑膠母粒，以射出或押出方式製成抗菌塑膠製品。

應用範圍

高價銀殺菌技術相較於傳統之奈米銀殺菌或次氯酸鈉殺菌，具有殺菌速度快與不產生抗藥性等優勢，可取代或擴大應用範圍。 日常生活中衣、食、住、行等有抗菌訴求的相關產品種類繁多。主要可應用於空調濾材、塗料、陶瓷、塑料、醫療敷料或清潔劑等民生用品。
