技術名稱: 抗菌複合材料及其製造方法

技術簡介

一種抗菌複合材料及其製造方法。抗菌複合材料包括一多孔性材料、一螯合劑以及一二價以上之金屬離子。螯合劑化學鍵結至多孔性材料,二價以上之金屬離子化學鍵結至螯合劑。

Abstract

An antimicrobial composite material and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The antimicrobial composite material includes a porous material, a chelating agent, and a multivalent metal ion. The chelating agent is chemically bonded to the porous material, and the multivalent metal ion is chemically bonded to the chelating agent.

技術規格

抗菌能力符合日本JIS Z2801方法要求(抑菌率>99%):空調風管噴塗2mg/m2、水性漆或乳膠漆含量6.5mg/m2、塑膠薄膜添加量0.5%。

Technical Specification

The antibacterial efficiency of the coating and the plastic is higher than 99% (R>2, JIS Z2801):antibacterial air duct (2.1 mg/m2), antibacterial coatings (6.5mg/m2), antibacterial plastics (0.5%)

技術特色

溶劑型:稀釋至適當比例,塗佈於待處理物表面,再以風乾固化。抗菌噴劑塗佈厚度薄、耐候能力強,適用於空調設備抗菌。或稀釋添加於塗料中作為抗菌塗料。 粉體型:以適當比例製成塑膠母粒,以射出或押出方式製成抗菌塑膠製品。

應用範圍

‧高價銀殺菌技術相較於傳統之奈米銀殺菌或次氯酸鈉殺菌,具有殺菌速度快與不產生抗藥性等優勢,可取代或擴大應用範圍。 ‧日常生活中衣、食、住、行等有抗菌訴求的相關產品種類繁多。主要可應用於空調濾材、塗料、陶瓷、塑料、醫療敷料或清潔劑等民生用品。
