技術名稱: 高效能等溫除濕

技術簡介

高效能等溫除濕技術關鍵是高分離率、高通透率膜材開發,該膜材具低摩擦力單層水分子流道,當水分子進入材料後,以單分子連續式排列,產生毛細現象,加速水分子的流通速度。該技術可透過調整真空端壓力設定即可達到更高除溼效能。整合本技術之空調系統,可設計為溫、濕度獨立調控空調,具有相當大的節能潛力。

Abstract

The core technology of high dehumidification air conditioning system is its high separation rate and high permeability of membrane. The membrane interior consists of low friction water molecular flow channels, when water molecules entering the flow channel, they are arranged in a continuous manner molecule by molecule to generate a capillary phenomenon and, which accelerates the flow-through rate of water molecules. This invention only needs to adjust the vacuum and pressure setting to achieve higher dehumidification performance. The membrane isothermal dehumidification technology allows us to integrate it with heat exchange module to establish an independent temperature and humidity control system. According to theoretical calculation, this system possess a very promising potential in aspect of energy saving.
